Job summary

Tap Growth ai seeks an AI Architect to design scalable, secure AI-powered applications and own solution architecture from concept to implementation. You will guide teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI solutions aligned with best practices.

Responsibilities include leading architecture reviews, mentoring engineers, and shaping enterprise AI architecture standards across projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
3–7 years of software engineering or solution architecture, or systems design.
Experience designing or implementing enterprise technology solutions.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and own solution architecture for AI projects from end to end.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define project success criteria.
Evaluate proposed solutions against established architectural standards and best practices.
Develop evaluation strategies, governance, and safety frameworks for AI solutions.
Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Mentor engineers and implementation teams on architecture decisions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture standards and frameworks.
Collaborate with AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, and technical leadership across projects.
