Job summary

Wissen Technology seeks a Lead Engineer to drive API-first services and an event-driven platform across web and mobile. You will shape scalable, secure architectures and partner with UX designers to deliver world-class experiences.

You will lead automation initiatives, integrate Agentic AI capabilities, and promote strong CI/CD practices in a cross-functional team spread across multiple regions. This is a hybrid role with heavy collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of engineering experience.
• API-first services and event-driven architecture with focus on scale, security and robustness.
• Experience with multi-channel solutions (web, mobile).
• Strong AWS exposure; Kubernetes experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• As a Lead Engineer, build API-first services and event-driven architecture with scale, security and robustness.
• Design and implement high-quality products with world-class user experience.
• Lead transformation with automation and Agentic AI capabilities to the fore front.
• Improve development experience with CI/CD and XP practices like TDD, pair programming, code refactoring.
