Prudential plc is seeking an Agency Compensation and Contest Lead to drive in-house insights, define agency propositions, and manage compensation and recruitment financing initiatives. The role requires turning data into actionable recommendations aligned with growth strategies and field usability.

You will collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Technology to maintain standards and drive effective agency programs across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of life insurance distribution and agency economics.
• 7+ years in strategy, analytics or related roles; 3+ years leadership.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the agency insights agenda and prioritize studies addressing strategic questions.
• Lead agency studies from problem definition to recommendations and stakeholder alignment.
• Build in-house insights capability with standardized methods and knowledge transfer.
• Oversee design, assessment and refinement of agency propositions including compensation, campaigns and MOC.
• Prepare concise executive recommendations and decision papers.
