Prudential is seeking a high-caliber Agency Contests and Rewards Manager to support compensation, campaigns and agency propositions. You will conduct analytics, prepare business cases, forecast campaigns and manage costs and settlements.

You will translate strategic direction into disciplined implementations, drive data-driven insights, and coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal and Strategy teams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial analytics, research and insight generation.
• Familiarity with life insurance distribution and agency economics.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; experience with BI or statistical tools an asset.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in insights, analytics or related roles.
• Experience supervising or leading workstreams is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support the Compensation and Contest Lead in planning and delivering the agency insights agenda and management recommendations.
• Conduct agency studies from problem definition through analysis and presentation of findings.
• Prepare analysis, business cases and decision papers under the Head's guidance.
• Provide execution capacity for agency propositions including compensation, campaigns and promotion.
• Develop campaign pricing and forecasts; communicate costs, participation and impact.
• Conduct post-implementation assessments and recommend improvements.
• Manage campaign costs against budgets; prevent overruns and redeploy funds.
• Partner with Analytics to define data requirements and convert outputs into insights.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks and readiness checks.
• Oversee campaign communication materials and trackers for accuracy.
• Coordinate with teams to validate and settle campaigns on time.
• Keep Agency Manual and proposition standards updated with policies.
