Job summary

Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance is seeking an Agency Contests and Rewards Manager to support the Compensation & Contest Lead. You will conduct agency studies, develop pricing forecasts, and manage post-implementation assessments to inform strategic agency propositions and campaigns.

The role requires strong analytics, forecasting, cost management, and presentation skills, with collaboration across Strategy & Budget, Agency Analytics, Finance, HR and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, or related discipline.
• A relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of analytics, research and insight generation, proposition execution, forecasting, cost monitoring, and post-implementation assessment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compensation and Contest Lead in planning agency insights, proposition priorities and management recommendations.
• Conduct agency studies from problem definition through analysis, interpretation, and presentation of actionable findings.
• Prepare analysis, business cases and decision papers under the Head's direction.
• Provide execution support for agency propositions, including compensation, recruitment financing, campaigns and promotions.
• Develop campaign pricing and qualification forecasts and communicate expected cost and impact.
• Conduct post-implementation assessments of campaigns against objectives and costs and suggest improvements.
• Manage campaign costs against budgets and facilitate funds deployment to other initiatives.
• Collaborate with Agency Analytics to define data requirements and translate outputs into actionable insights.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and readiness checks for assigned propositions and campaigns.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure campaigns are validated and settled on time; monitor issues and dependencies.

The Agency Contests and Rewards Manager supports Compensation & Contest Lead in delivering the in-house insights agenda and executing agency propositions. The role conducts studies and analysis, develops and maintains agency materials and standards, and provides end-to-end execution support for agency compensation, recruitment financing, campaigns, contests, maintenance of contract (MOC), leader promotion and other agency propositions. The role also helps translate strategic direction into disciplined implementation, timely campaign settlement and practical recommendations that advance the business.

Job Accountabilities:

• Support the Compensation and Contest Lead in planning and delivering the agency insights agenda, proposition priorities and management recommendations
• Conduct agency studies from problem definition and data gathering through analysis, interpretation, documentation and presentation of actionable findings
• Prepare clear analysis, business cases, decision papers and agency materials under the direction of the Head
• Provide execution capacity for the design, assessment, refinement and rollout of agency propositions, including compensation, recruitment financing, campaigns, contests, MOC and promotion
• Develop campaign pricing and qualification forecasts, test assumptions and scenarios, and clearly communicate expected cost, participation and business impact
• Conduct post-implementation assessments of campaigns against approved objectives, forecasts, costs and participation or production outcomes, and recommend improvements
• Manage campaign costs against approved budgets, prevent overruns, identify underruns promptly and facilitate the release and redeployment of available funds to other initiatives that can further drive the business
• Partner with Agency Analytics to define data requirements and convert production, persistency, participation, qualification, forecast and management-reporting outputs into actionable insights
• Maintain accurate project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, approvals and readiness checks for assigned propositions and campaigns
• Supervise the development, quality and timely release of campaign communication materials and campaign trackers, ensuring accuracy, consistency and suitability for agency use
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure campaigns are validated and settled accurately and on time, with issues, exceptions and dependencies actively monitored through closure
• Keep the Agency Manual, proposition standards, process documentation, trackers and supporting materials current and aligned with approved policies and decisions
• Prepare and maintain compensation documentation and conduct analysis or studies on agency compensation and other agency propositions
• Serve as a change agent for approved initiatives by coordinating rollout activities, stakeholder briefings, field support, feedback collection and adoption monitoring
• Collaborate with Strategy & Budget, Agency Analytics, Agency Rewards & Events, Distribution leaders, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and Technology as required

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics / Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. A relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of commercial analytics, research and insight generation, proposition execution, campaign forecasting, cost monitoring and post-implementation assessment. Familiarity with life insurance distribution, agency economics, compensation, incentive design, recruitment financing, campaign settlement and change implementation is strongly preferred
• Structured problem solving; quantitative and qualitative analysis; campaign pricing and forecasting; budget and cost management; proposition assessment; project and change management; business writing and presentation; stakeholder coordination; judgement; attention to detail; advanced PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with
