Job summary

Prudential plc in the Philippines is seeking an Agency Contests and Rewards Manager to support the Compensation & Contest Lead in delivering the in-house insights agenda, developing agency materials, and providing end-to-end execution support for agency compensation, recruitment financing, campaigns, and contests.

You will translate strategic direction into disciplined implementation, manage budgets, forecast costs, and collaborate with analytics, finance, HR, and marketing to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Math/Stats, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or strategy roles.
• Experience with BI or statistical tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compensation and Contest Lead in planning and delivering insights agenda.
• Conduct agency studies from problem definition to actionable findings.
• Prepare analyses, business cases, and decision papers under supervision.
• Coordinate rollout of agency propositions including compensation and campaigns.
