Job summary

SAGAEVENTS INC. in Manila is seeking an Accounts Executive to support client management and revenue generation across the event lifecycle, from proposal development to post-event follow-up.

You will nurture relationships with key clients, help grow the sales pipeline, and coordinate with the Accounts Manager, Creatives Team, and Implementation team to deliver tailored solutions. A Bachelor's degree and 1 year in key account management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in key account management, preferably in events/advertising/marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing key clients and provide ongoing support.
• Develop rapport with key clients and achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Support Accounts Manager and Accounts Director to improve client relationships.
• Grow and retain accounts by presenting new solutions and services.
• Manage project stakeholders and prepare internal briefs, reports, timelines, and evaluations.
• Develop and populate the sales pipeline for key accounts.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and address inquiries.
• Assist in presenting new products and services to clients.
• Collaborate with Accounts Manager, Creatives, and Implementation teams on proposals.
• Ensure timely data entry into the SALES TRACKER and delivery of contact reports.
