Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure new business.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination with internal teams.
• Work closely with creative, project management, and operations teams to develop event concepts, proposals, and deliver events from planning through execution.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct post-event reviews, collect client feedback, and identify ways to improve services and strengthen long-term partnerships.
