Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Review and analyze financial reports, transactions, reconciliations, and accounting records.
• Monitor organizational spending and assist in budget preparation and resource allocation.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounting team to ensure timely work.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and opportunities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, external parties, and other departments on accounting and financial matters.
• Perform other accounting and financial duties as assigned by management.
