Qualifications

• CPA and accounting degree required.
• 5–10 years accounting/management experience.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws.
• Ability to manage AR/AP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting department operations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processing and reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with cash forecasting.
• Coordinate external accounting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with departments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance and training.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax laws.
• Support senior management with special financial projects.
