Job summary

City Savings Bank is seeking a Business Analysis and Reporting Manager to lead the preparation, analysis, and distribution of critical business and management reports. You will enable executive decision-making with timely, accurate insights, ensuring compliance and strong internal controls.

You will oversee monthly reporting, coordinate with planning and regulatory teams, and guide a team to deliver on-time results while maintaining data integrity and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• At least 5 - 7 years experience in financial analysis, management reporting, or business performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly business and management reports
• Ensure reporting frameworks remain relevant, agile, and aligned with business needs
• Manage reporting timelines and ensure consistent on-time delivery
• Provide financial and business insights to support management decisions
• Coordinate with Corporate Planning on budgeting and board presentation materials (CSB, UBP, and other committees)
• Work closely with Financial and Regulatory Reporting teams on new accounting standards and BSP regulations and assess business impact
• Coordinate with Parent Controllership on monthly financial results
• Lead and develop the Business Analysis and Reporting team
• Ensure proper record-keeping, data integrity, and protection of company assets
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and reporting procedures
