Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accountancy or related field, with at least 3 years of accounting experience; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in accounting processes, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently and supervise a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Review financial reports, transactions, reconciliations, and accounting records.
• Supervise, guide, and support the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate work.
• Monitor accounting processes and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and preparation of financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with auditors, external parties, and other departments on accounting matters.
• Provide accounting information and support to management for decision-making.
• Perform other accounting and financial duties as assigned by management.
