GSK is seeking a Strategic Account Representative (Oncology) in Metro Manila to drive hospital-based sales and engage key prescribers and decision-makers.
You will develop tailored account plans, analyze performance, and collaborate across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access to improve patient access to oncology therapies. Fluency in English and Filipino, plus travel, are required.

Key Responsibilities
Business Performance & Account Strategy
Accountablefor delivering thesales demand and accessobjectivesfor assigned strategic accounts across a defined portfolio
Develop and executetailoredaccount plans based on opportunity mapping, customer insights, and KPI performance
Analyze account performance and recommend initiatives to strengthen competitiveness and portfolio growth
Build and sustain relationships with key prescribers, hospital decision-makers, and relevant payers
Promote our products withhealthcare professionals through compliant, scientific discussions on approved indications andpatientvalue
Key Account Management &Cross‑FunctionalCollaboration
Map and actively manage stakeholders across assigned hospitals and key accounts
Understand the end-to-end patient journey toidentifyand address access and treatment barriers
Identifyopportunities for customer and patient activation in collaboration withcustomers and internal stakeholders
Drive integrated solutions across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access to improve patient access

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, key account management, and/or medical affairs
Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field
Experience in oncology, biologics/immunotherapy, or specialty therapy areas preferred
Proven ability to develop and execute account and channel strategies for complex medical products
Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to engage in meaningful clinical discussions
Strategic mindset with solid commercial acumen
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong planning, organization, and execution skills with high accountability
Omnichannel engagement mindset and ability to orchestratecross‑functionalrelationships
High integrity, compliance-driven, andpatient‑centricdecision-making
Additional Requirements
Proficient in written and spoken English and Filipino
Valid Philippine driver’s license and willingness to travel
