Job summary

EastWest Bank, Cebu-based, is seeking a Sales Officer for Consumer Lending to solicit, manage, and process loan applications from accredited partners in Cebu, with a focus on attaining your assigned quota.

You will perform pre-evaluation and KYC, facilitate loan signing, and package proposals based on client needs and bank assessments while ensuring compliance. Build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college degree in a relevant field as listed.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in Mortgage, Auto, Personal Loans, or Credit Cards.
• Knowledge of consumer lending products and credit processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and attain the assigned budget/quota.
• Conduct pre-evaluation, KYC, and basic due diligence of accounts prior to credit endorsement.
• Facilitate loan signing with clients, explaining terms and conditions.
• Package loan proposals based on client needs and bank assessments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent service to clients and build long-term relationships with accredited partners.
