Job summary

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to own the client-facing sales motion from discovery through to a signed deal.

You will conduct high-quality discovery calls, understand client needs, and drive insights through negotiation and close, collaborating with SDRs, Recruitment, Client Success, and Delivery teams to convert insights into revenue-generating engagements. You will lead pricing and commercial negotiations, own revenue targets, and run a disciplined follow-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, consulting, customer success, or account management.
• Strong communication and questioning skills to uncover client needs.
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot is a must).
• Ability to speak confidently with C-level and senior decision-makers.
• High attention to detail in documentation and follow-through.
• Strong business acumen and staffing/offshoring market understanding.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding a sales quota.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal cycle from discovery to signed contract, including proposal and negotiation.
• Self-generate and revive pipeline and engage stalled leads.
• Lead pricing and commercial negotiations within margin guardrails.
• Own revenue and quota targets and report progress.
• Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence to prevent deal slippage.
• Manage multi-thread relationships across the buying group.
