Job summary

Trade Mate Distribution Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and lead a team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining stock levels.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail (preferably hardware/power tools), strong communication, and leadership abilities. Shift work including weekends/holidays is required; we value hands-on supervision and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise a team and run daily store operations.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures.
• Guide, support, and supervise store staff during shifts.
• Assign tasks and ensure responsibilities are completed properly.
• Drive sales performance and assist the team in achieving KPIs.
• Provide product knowledge support, especially for hardware and power tools.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Oversee inventory and store upkeep by managing stock movement, ensuring proper product display, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all team members.
