Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor for Zaragoza Nueva Ecija (ZZNE). The role focuses on driving sales growth, organizing product displays, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership and coaching abilities. The position requires excellent organizational and people management skills, and the ability to train and discipline staff while maintaining a safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, training, coaching & disciplining employees; monitor & appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & order own use items & small notes.
• Complete, update & report to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
