Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & display merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain safety and compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on efficient operations.
• Protect staff and customers by maintaining a safe, clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staff hiring, assignments, and incidents to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents related to HQ and supervisor.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
