MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor for Sta. Cruz Zambales Arcade to drive store sales and maintain smooth daily operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, Filipino and English fluency, and 5 years in retail, with leadership and coaching abilities. You’ll oversee merchandising, customer service, compliance, and team development in a hands-on environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Required languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in retail industry.
• Skills: organizational, leadership, communication, people management, and coaching.
• Preferably supervisor or 5+ years in sales - retail/General.
• Amenable to work in Sta. Cruz Zambales Arcade.

Mansioni

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor & appraise duties.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
