Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail.
• Supervisor/5+ years in Sales - Retail or equivalent preferred.
• Amenable to work in San Narciso, Zambales.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness for employees and customers.
• Process daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items; manage small notes.
• Update and report sales, new staff, assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Send documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow established SOPs and guidelines.
• Any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
