Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Labuan, Zamboanga City, to lead daily store operations and drive sales growth. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree, be fluent in Filipino and English, and have 5 years’ retail experience.

You will oversee merchandising, coaching and discipline, staff selection, and ensure a safe, tidy, compliant store environment. Additional duties include organizing gondolas, greeting customers, reporting to HQ, and upholding SOPs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communications skills.
• Experience in supervision/5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety and legal compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Maintain safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and Superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and Superior.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
