• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years of experience.
• Amenable to work in San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Maintain tidy, clean store environment.
• Organize and arrange merchandise for selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers; uphold customer service.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect staff and customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; manage performance.
• Provide guidance for efficient operations.
• Ensure safe, secure store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines; perform other tasks as assigned.
