Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Cabugao Ilocos Sur. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing daily operations, and maintaining a clean, well-organized store.

You will lead staff, train and coach the team, ensure compliance with SOPs, and coordinate with HQ on reporting and documentation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership and communication skills in Filipino and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5 years of retail experience.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Leadership, coaching, merchandising and people management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure store daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Sending documents related to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
