Qualifications

• Fluent in Filipino and English.

• Experience in merchandising and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed and the store is tidy.
• Greet and serve customers; provide excellent service.
• Maintain store safety and compliance with regulations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff; evaluate performance.
• Provide guidance for effective store operations.
• Handle daily bank-in of sales and stock orders.
• Report performance and staffing to HQ and supervisor.
