Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the Matalam Cotabato area. This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree, Filipino and English language skills, and 5 years in retail.

You will drive sales growth, manage daily operations, organize displays, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service while adhering to SOPs and safety standards. The position is full-time in Cotabato with negotiable compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail is preferred.
• Skills include organizing, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years experience; willing to work in Matalam Cotabato.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with laws.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Process daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, etc., to HQ and superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOP and guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
