MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a retail team and drive sales performance in the branch. You will set up gondolas, manage daily operations, and ensure a tidy, compliant store environment while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years in retail, and strong organizational, leadership, and merchandising skills, with fluency in Filipino and English.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Ensure safety and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock, order and manage items as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staff hiring, assignments to HQ and supervisors.
• Submit documents related to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within established SOP and guidelines.
• Take on other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
