About the role

Power Mac Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at our Sta. Lucia Mall location in Cainta, Rizal. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store. As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail assistants, maintaining store standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is integral to driving sales performance, maintaining store profitability, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers in the Cainta area.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, train, mentor and motivate a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets and service excellence
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organisation, product displays and visual merchandising standards
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure adequate product availability
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and escalations with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction
• Process sales transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and loss prevention measures
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and performance, and conduct performance reviews
• Report on sales performance, staffing matters and store issues to senior management
• Promote and implement promotional campaigns and special offers

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Store Supervisor, Team Lead or similar supervisory role in retail, preferably in consumer electronics or technology retail
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using retail management software and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Filipino
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail certification or relevant training is advantageous
