Job summary

Power Mac Center in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to join our retail management team. This full-time role focuses on smooth daily store operations, exceptional customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.

You will lead a diverse team, manage scheduling and training, and ensure compliance with policies, health and safety standards while maintaining merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail store supervision or assistant management.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and conflict resolution.
• Solid understanding of retail operations including inventory and POS systems.
• Proficiency in cash handling and till reconciliation procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• High level of reliability and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure optimal team performance
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and visual displays
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and campaigns
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with distribution teams for product availability
• Conduct regular till reconciliation and ensure accurate cash handling
• Implement loss prevention measures and maintain store security protocols
• Support opening and closing procedures, including till balancing and facility checks
• Lead by example with excellent customer service and a positive work ethic
