Power Mac Center is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor for our GMall General Santos location to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will mentor staff, manage schedules, handle stock and cash, and collaborate with head office to implement promotions and merchandising while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or management experience in retail.

About the role

Power Mac Center is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Supervisor to join our team at GMall General Santos in General Santos City, South Cotabato. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store. As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the store team, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and driving sales performance. This is a strategic position that directly impacts the store's profitability and customer satisfaction, making it essential to the overall success of Power Mac Center's operations in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Supervising, training, and mentoring store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Managing staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations
• Monitoring inventory levels, stock rotation, and conducting regular stock takes to maintain accuracy
• Addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Driving sales performance by implementing promotional activities and visual merchandising strategies
• Managing cash handling procedures and ensuring financial accuracy at the point of sale
• Reporting store performance metrics, including sales data and operational challenges, to management

• Collaborating with head office and other store locations to share best practices and implement company initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Proven supervisory or management experience in a retail environment, preferably in consumer electronics or technology retail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent customer service orientation and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail inventory management software
• Sound understanding of retail operations, including stock control, merchandising, and cash management
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret sales data and manage budgetsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in retail management or business administration are advantageous
• Knowledge of the technology and consumer electronics sector is preferred
