About the role

Power Mac Center is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Supervisor to join our team at the KCC Mall Marbel location in Koronadal City, South Cotabato. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our store. As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, managing store staff, and driving sales performance whilst upholding our commitment to excellence in the retail technology sector. This position offers the opportunity to develop your leadership capabilities whilst contributing directly to the success of our store.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company policies and procedures

• Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, performance management and motivation

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times and address customer concerns promptly and professionally

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators

• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards and inventory management to maximise product visibility and sales

• Handle cash management, point-of-sale operations and financial reconciliation in accordance with company procedures

• Conduct staff meetings and training sessions to keep the team informed of new products, promotions and company initiatives

• Liaise with head office and other store locations to ensure consistency in service delivery and operational standards

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to store operations, staff and sales performance

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role within the technology or consumer products sector

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff

• Sound knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, point-of-sale systems and financial control

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets consistently

• Customer service excellence with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment

• Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

• Knowledge of technology products and brands is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
