Qualifications

• Graduate of any related four-year course.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Preferably with retail industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees daily operations of one or more retail outlets.
• Oversees supervision of personnel, including training and problem resolution.
• Maintains sales and inventory records and forecasts performance.
• Ensures customer service excellence and adherence to service policies.
• Willing to be assigned in SM Olongapo Downtown.
