Job summary

Planet Sports Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Olongapo City, Philippines to maximize store sales and profitability through outstanding customer service and efficient operations.

You will train and lead a dynamic sales team, ensure training completion, conduct daily huddles, and drive promotions, merchandising, and loss prevention across the store. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least College/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Business Management or related.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Trains, develops and motivates an effective, positive and enthusiastic sales force to achieve targets.
• Ensures that all sales staff has completed the available training program.
• Drives maximum sales and profitability at the store level through excellent customer service and operations.
• Holds daily team huddles to align on daily deliverables and sales plan.
• Maintains proper price tagging and adheres to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Ensures loss prevention measures and accurate cashiering operations.
• Prepares end-of-day cashier reports and deposits sales timely.
• Coordinates with HR on staffing and payroll-related requirements.
• Ensures readiness to be assigned at Harbor Point, Olongapo City; start ASAP.
