Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and monitor store schedules, attendance, and manpower deployment.
• Oversee inventory including stock receiving, replenishment, transfers, and availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor moving items and coordinate with warehouse for stock allocation.
• Analyze daily/monthly sales, feedback, and store reports to drive improvements.
• Ensure targets are met through merchandising, upselling, and promotions.
• Collaborate with regional management on store initiatives.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally; submit reports.
