Fluency in Filipino and English.
At least 5 years in retail, preferably in supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
Keep the store tidy and clean.
Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
Greet and serve customers.
Maintain stability & reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
Protect employees & customers by maintaining a safe store environment.
Daily bank-in of store sales.
Stock and order items and manage small cash needs.
Complete and report sales, new staff, assignments to HQ & Superior.
Submit documents to HQ and Superior.
Work within SOP and company guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
