• Maintain stability & reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers by maintaining a safe store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items and manage small cash needs.
• Complete and report sales, new staff, assignments to HQ & Superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
