Job summary

MR DIY Philippines at BF Resort Drive Las Piñas City is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Filipino and English, and at least 5 years in retail. You will organize displays, ensure cleanliness, and uphold SOPs and legal standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Filipino and English language proficiency required.
• 5 years working experience in retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching and merchandising skills.
• Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store's daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
