Job summary

Zark's Food Ventures Corp. in Cebu City is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a single branch and drive attainment of branch targets and sales.

You will ensure proper kitchen standards are followed, coordinate staff activities, manage scheduling, and maintain inventory accuracy while delivering excellent guest service. The role requires a college graduate in Business or Hospitality with at least two years of branch experience and strong leadership, analytics, and POS

Qualifications

• College graduate of any Business and Hospitality course or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling one branch/ establishment.
• Adept in the preparation of duty and time schedule of personnel.
• Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories.
• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting.
• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report.
