Job summary

Zark's Food Ventures Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations of a single branch, ensuring high service standards, accurate inventories, and timely staff scheduling.

The role drives branch targets, oversees kitchen and service teams, maintains POS reporting, analyzes profits and losses, and ensures guest satisfaction through proactive leadership. Applicants should have a degree in Business or Hospitality, at least 2 years of branch experience, and hands-on ability to manage

• At least 2 years of experience handling one branch/establishment.
• Adept at preparing duty and time schedules for personnel.
• Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories.
• Knowledgeable in POS systems and computer-generated reporting.
• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses reports.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the leader of the branch and is responsible for attaining overall branch targets and sales.
• Ensures department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch.
• Ensures proper kitchen standards are followed.
• Manages day-to-day activities of staff and overall operations for efficient, timely service delivery.
• Maintains effective control and supervision, coordinating tasks and resources for high service standards.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and handles complaints; documents actions and continuing needs; forecasts proper orders and maintains sanitation.
