Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor in Cebu to lead daily store operations and drive sales growth. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in retail, with strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage staff and merchandise displays.

You will ensure compliance with SOPs, maintain a clean store environment, and deliver excellent customer service while coordinating with HQ for reporting and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or college degree in any field is required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English is required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the Retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report to HQ and superiors.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by managers.

• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.

• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.

• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.

• Working within established Guideline & SOP.

• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
