Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operations are managed properly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline employees.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers by maintaining a safe store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order necessary items.
• Complete, update & report sales and staffing to HQ.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
