• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that daily operations are properly managed.
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness in the store.
• Organize merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain the store's reputation.
• Recruit, train, and discipline employees; monitor job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment to protect staff and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small office supplies as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, hiring, assignments to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
