Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations and drive sales. You will organize merchandise, maintain cleanliness, coach staff, ensure compliance with SOPs, and report to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Submit reports to HQ and Superior.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Handle any other duties assigned by Asst Branch/ Branch Manager.
