Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead store operations at Abacus Mall. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership, organizational, and coaching skills.

Fluency in Filipino and English is expected. You will oversee sales performance, merchandising, staff development, and compliance with SOPs, while ensuring a safe, tidy shopping environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth targets
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays
• Oversee daily store operations for efficiency
• Maintain clean and organized store environment
• Organize and display merchandise in selling area
• Greet and serve customers
• Ensure compliance with laws and store policies
• Recruit, train, coach, discipline and evaluate staff
• Provide guidance to the team on operations
• Maintain safe and clean store environment for staff and customers
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales
• Stock and order supplies
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and supervisor
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor
• Work within SOPs and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager
