Job summary

MK Manpower in Mandaluyong (Metro Manila) is seeking a motivated Staff Supervisor to lead store teams, recruit and train staff, schedule tasks, and monitor performance to ensure excellent store operations.

You will oversee customer service, inventory and merchandising, daily operations, cash handling, and sales reporting, driving sales targets while upholding safety and regulatory standards across the store.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate store employees; assign tasks and delegate duties.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent service, handle complaints, resolve issues, and build customer loyalty.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels, order merchandise, manage replenishment, and oversee attractive product displays.
• Operations: Oversee daily store functions, manage cash handling, prepare sales reports, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Performance: Monitor sales, implement promotions, identify improvement areas, and help achieve sales targets.
