Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned store or shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of store personnel to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining a positive dining experience
• Monitor sales, inventory, product quality, cleanliness and store presentation throughout the shift
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, and health and safety standards
• Coordinate with the store manager regarding manpower, inventory, maintenance, and operational requirements
• Prepare shift reports, monitor attendance and report operational issues or incidents to management
• Assist in training newly hired employees and support the implementation of operational improvements
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the company and/or client
