RETAIL DYNAMICS INDUSTRIES INC. is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee store operations, achieve sales targets, and supervise staff in our retail locations. The role supports the Area Manager in developing operational procedures and improving policies in line with the company’s vision and values.

The position emphasizes governance of daily store activities, merchandise promotion, cash handling, and staff development to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Background in retail is preferable.

Responsibilities

Develop Store Operational Plans and Programs to achieve targeted annual sales growth
Assist the Area Manager in the preparation of plans and programs for the Area Group
Implement Cost Control strategies at the store level
Ensure adequate supply, distribution, and promotion of Merchandise to optimize sale
Ensure adequate manning at the store to optimize sales
Conduct competitive check and provide recommendation on Market and Customer trends within the trading area
Implement Operational, Customer, and Sales Excellence Programs including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Customer Service Programs
Conduct regular staff meeting to orient staff on new policies and changes in work system
Identify Training needs of Store Personnel and recommend Performance Improvement Programs to Area Manager
Ensure proper safekeeping of cash sales and management of store funds

About the role

The Store Supervisor is responsible for achieving Sales and Profitability Target of Assigned Store and the general oversight and administration of Store Operations. The role involves assisting the Area Manager in the conceptualization and formulation of Store Operations procedures and policies improvement to propel Retail Operations to achieve its objectives, guided by the Company's Vision, Mission and Values.
