Job summary

Retail Dynamics Industries Inc. in Laguna is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales and profitability targets.

You will work with the Area Manager to develop plans, implement SOPs, supervise staff, manage cash and assets, and ensure merchandise availability and promotion across the store.

Responsibilities

• Develop Store Operational Plans and Programs to achieve targeted annual sales growth
• Assist the Area Manager in the preparation of plans and programs for the Area Group
• Implement Cost Control strategies at the store level
• Ensure adequate supply, distribution, and promotion of Merchandise to optimize sale
• Ensure adequate manning at the store to optimize sales
• Conduct competitive check and provide recommendation on Market and Customer trends within the trading area
• Implement Operational, Customer, and Sales Excellence Programs including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Customer Service Programs
• Conduct regular staff meeting to orient staff on new policies and address people and work concerns
• Ensure proper safekeeping of cash sales before deposit and proper turn-over of cash sales and official documents/records
• Ensure that Company assets and properties are well secured and safe at all times

About the role

The Store Supervisor is responsible for achieving Sales and Profitability Target of the Assigned Store and the general oversight and administration of Store Operations. The role involves assisting the Area Manager in the conceptualization and formulation of Store Operations procedures and policies improvement to propel Retail Operations to achieve its objectives, guided by the Company's Vision, Mission and Values.
