Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations and activities.
• Lead, guide, and monitor store personnel to ensure productivity and quality customer service.
• Oversee receiving, storing, displaying, and releasing of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and coordinate replenishment of stocks.
• Assist customers and provide product information when needed.
• Monitor daily sales and ensure proper handling and recording of transactions.
• Ensure proper store cleanliness, organization, and security.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field; vocational/college-level applicants with relevant experience may also be considered.

• Experience in agricultural supply, feeds, farm inputs, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic sales reporting.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Willing to work on-site and supervise day-to-day store operations.
