Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations, assign tasks, ensure cleanliness and compliance.
• Guide, train, and support store crew on procedures, safety, and daily duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Oversee cash handling, POS reconciliation, and daily sales reports.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment with Store Leader.
