Qualifications

• Graduates of any 4-year course with 1 year in retail, FMCG, fast food, convenience stores, or customer service.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership and ability to run store operations smoothly.
• Great customer service mindset, trustworthy and results-driven.
• Background in managing sales, store budgets, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service standards and resolve complaints professionally.
• Train and mentor store crew to achieve sales targets and handle daily duties.
• Execute store strategies, promotions and displays to drive foot traffic and profitability.
• Oversee inventory monitoring, store administration, sales reporting and budget tracking.
• Ensure full store compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations.
